Therese Cuff

An east coast transplant, Terese studied Painting and Printmaking at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Vermont Studio School.  She has been an Art teacher for about 15 years while pursuing her interest in painting, film and digital media.  Recently, she participated in a Media Arts Program at the Evergreen State College with a focus on animation, documentaries, and experimental approaches to the moving image. Over her career as a painter and an animator she has done illustrations, portraits, murals, and has shown her work in a variety of exhibitions.  Recently she she won the Judge's Award for "Best Transformation of Ordinary Objects Into Fields of Movement and Mystery" at the NW Filmmaker's Festival for her work "Pistachios".
