Event Space Rental Information

 

Non-profit or pro-community* organizations for non-moneymaking events

  • Event must be free and open to the public (no door fee or requested donations for entry)
  • No alcohol permitted
  • Event organizers are responsible for the removal of all trash created by the event
  • Event organizers are responsible for any permitting required for the event
  • All event related advertising must be approved by Feast Arts Center

Rate: $25.00

Non-profit or pro-community* organizations for fundraising events

  • Event must be free and open to the public
  • Fundraising is limited to the sales of merchandise, events or services. (no door fee or requested donations for entry)
  • Alcohol is permitted
  • Event organizers are responsible for any permitting required for the event
  • Event organizers are responsible for the removal of all trash created by the event
  • All event related advertising must be approved by Feast Arts Center

Rate: $50.00 Per. Hr.

 Private Events

  • 25 or less people
  • Event is NOT open to the public. Private guest list only!
  • Event organizers must provide a complete guest list to Feast Arts Center 48 hours prior to the event
  • Alcohol is permitted but not for sale, donation or fundraising
  • Event organizers are responsible for any permitting required for the event
  • Event organizers are responsible for the removal of all trash from the event
  • There can be no public marketing of the event. This includes all forms print advertising as well as digital advertising and social media.

Rate: $50.00 Per. Hr.

 

*Pro-community organizations are organizations that we believe have a mission that is positive and beneficial to the community at large.
