Learn how to work abstractly from the real objects that inspire you.  We will study color theory, learn how to mix paint correctly, understand paint application techniques, and practice loosening up.  This class is for painters of all levels who wish to try their hand at a more expressive technique.

Working abstractly considers the same principles as working realistically -- color, shape, composition, intention, form -- it just takes away the representational elements.   Come ready to experiment!
